Squealing Like Schoolgirls
The ruckus was a bunch of girls trying to catch glimpses and get autographs from some of the original Broadway cast members in town for performances of Rent. One lady I asked said her daughter and her daughter’s best friend, just turned 18, were in the autograph-seeking mob. I think’s Rent’s older than that.
